Need Shocks for F450 4wd....

Due for shocks and steering stabilizer on 08 450.....can i get some reviews on brands/types....i put Bilsteins on my 97 F250 4wd and it rides rough as hell. Hate them. I dont knownif this heavier truck will be better or not. Its a 4-door long bed 4wd....

19.5 tires are always gonna ride a bit harsh
look at the fox 2.0

I understand heavier commercial type tires are rough....will Bilsteins make it even worse? They suck on my other truck (97 F250 4wd 7.3)

I doubt bilsteins would make it worse if your current ones are bad.
That being said, the fox shocks are only about 130 each so I'd go with them no doubt

On the steering stabilizer, I'd just slap a factory one back in there and let it ride.
I'm sure you can find one here that someone has taken off.
Heck I think I have one lying around at the shop

Fox makes a nice factory style replacement one for like $150, I changed to one worth the little bit extra over factory, mounts in the stock location and everything.

If you have money to spend----> Fox 2.5s

On my OBS, I switched from Bilstein 5150s to Fox 2.0s....huge difference. When I picked up my '16 DRW, one of the first things I did was ditch the factory "Rancho" shocks.
