Our first set of prototype manifolds from Steed Speed just arrived!
We have spent a year working with Leen on developing these manifolds and will be installing and testing these next week. Stay tuned for dyno and other results.
We will be manufacturing up pipes that will be offered with these manifolds or you can choose to fab your own. Pricing hasn't been firmed up just yet, depending on how the testing goes but look for about $1000.00 for manifolds.
With the dramatic results Steed Speed has achieved in the import scene and Cummins manifolds we are expecting great results from these also!

Those look great. Any idea how much the uppipes would be, does he have any data on before and after the cummins manifold swap?

Have you guys checked clearance on the back of the cab with these manifolds on the driverside looks like its gonna be quiet tight from how tall the manifold is

Yes it'll be tight but the outlet being no further back and a little downward of the original should give us enough room to use a 2.5inch mandrel bend for the up pipe

A little more info from the designer in a recent email

"The great thing is when you show people what happens to the motor in the real world. EGTs are going to drop, drive pressure will drop, the turbo will spool up really really fast and you will be able to run much bigger turbos than anyone thought possible with no loss of low end power. The elbow won't blow out because the manifold flows well and the diameter of the outlet is bigger which spreads the heat out into a bigger volume so simple physics tells you it has to run cooler. Just for fun, If you have a stock manifold around try this test. Lay the manifolds beside each other. Take an airgun and blow it into each port from about 2 inches away and feel how hard the air comes out at the outlet. Compare the strength of the air coming out between my manifold and the stock version. Then ask yourself which one is going to hit that turbo hard and spool it up quickly. You will also notice that my manifold can create a bit of a vacuum on the other cylinders when air is blown in. This helps suck the exhaust out of the other cylinders as the valves open meeting a low pressure pocket. "

Looks like a lot of people are trying them....including a certain guy from north of the border with a certain 6.0 that's kinda fast.

Manifolds look great and really seem like they would be a good upgrade for all of us.

We have them bolted up. No problems! Working on the up pipes now. I'll post more pictures as we go.
