New guy from California

Just wanted to introduce my self. I just picked up an 08 f350 Harley Davidson edition truck from my dad who retired. So far the only modifications are the EGR has plates under it, the cat has been removed and I am using an SCT tuner my dad had purchased for the truck.

I found this site while I was searching out specific things and kept finding links to here. I looking forward to learning more about modifying my truck here. Most of my mechanical experience is car related as I have a 1984 mustang I drag race.

Thank you for the warm welcome. I have been doing a lot of reading here and doing some learning. I need to hurry and get my race car finished this time around, this truck is going to bleed me dry afterwards lol.

Thanks for the offer to help. I will probably have a lot of questions once I get started doing stuff. With the reading I have done on here I know I have a lot more learning to do before I decide what else to do to the truck.

Here is a couple pics of my real project. This is what my truck will be towing around.

I am at Irwindale every Thursday they are open and most weekends when they are running too. I will be there with my truck but not racing. How can I find ya to say hi? I am usually up in the corral hanging out when I'm not on the starting line helping friends out.
