New owner 2006 King Ranch owner from Texas

Howdy!
Just bought this 2006 F350 King Ranch 4x4 dually monster. I looked for months and finally found one. Has a couple issues, but I'm hoping you 'all can help me. Glad to find this website. Anyone know of a good reasonable mechanic around Austin?
It's bone stock, runs great, just a couple little problems. ( I hope)

Two of my little problems on this truck is wheel shimmy around 55 to 65. Bought new tires. No help....
Low turbo boost error code runs good, turbo works. Erased error codes at autozone. Code popped up 2 min later just idling.
Previous owner did no engine work . But kept it up with maintenance

Any ideas would be helpful, as I'm kinda new on this diesel stuff.
