New sct x4 blowing fuses

Just got done doing a bunch of work and putting an sct x4 and every time it try's to download it blows the fuse. Any ideas?

Sounds like a bad tuner.....I can't see how anything else would cause it if it only does it when downloading. I have a new one in my project truck and have no issues with it.

Also, just an FYI.... I live down the street from your parents lol I used to have the Toreador Red 7.3 Excursion. I'm building a 06 now.
