ToMang,

What oil were you running on the first analysis? It looks like it sheared down pretty good in just 3000 miles. The others look like they held up great but you had a couple 4 quart additions which would ultimately effect the viscosity number.

Original was whatever the dealer put in.

The 4qt one was probably overestimated.
The one with high metals was really low on oil when I changed it. I didn't want to add oil when I was close to changing it and waited to long to change it. Ended up running it with low oil, stupid on my part.

AMSOIL Dual By-Pass Filtration system and AMSOIL Oil and you can't go wrong...
I get 40,000 miles out of my oil changes and oil still tests out perfect!
I just swap out filters and top off and I am good to go..

Does anybody know anything about a oil bypass filtration system I know amsoil has one, I can't really find any consumer info on this system. Just wondering of it would even be worth my time....
