My truck had mobil delvac 15w40 when i got it, i switched to the amsoil 5w40 and it made a decent difference in starting the truck in cooler weather, and overall the truck just seems a little happier.

I used Valvoline 5W40 for several years in my 6.0 and once I reached around 140k miles I had to start using rev-x to help with injector stiction. After I switched to Amsoil 5W40 I no longer need rev-x, it runs great even at cold starts.

had 165k on the last 2006 when it got traded in, never had injector stiction
