Opening the hood with a broken latch

Somehow my cable to open the hood has snapped.... Does anyone know a way that is not a pain in the a55 to open the hood?

Try grabbing the broken wire with a pair of pliers?

my truck is an obs but once it would open and i worked a speacial screwdriver in there and had to play with it for a bit but i popped it

Already looked for the other part of the wire, it broke right at the latch and can't get to it.

Break the grill and try going from underneath, cheaper than a new hood
