The code comes back as engine coolant temp in correlation to engine oil temp threshold has been met.

I got this code after letting my truck warm up yesterday for 15min after work. My truck was plugged in because it was supposed to be 5° down to -5° but it stayed around 13° all day. Now the question I have is being plugged in above 0 could have caused this? I also noticed that the ect was higher by 11° than the eot on the way to work and it was 3° out today and I have nothing blocking the radiator. I also did the coolant test strip about 2 weeks ago and everything was I range. Is this normal?

has been met? or hasn't been met?

I wouldn't worry about it. Most likely due to your water temp being much higher than oil temp due to being plugged in, etc.

clear the code and carry on
