P0266 and P0272

Hey guys, did a scan today and both these codes popped. Cylinder #2 & #4 distribution codes. Ford and my mechanic told me to clear them and watch to see if they come back. Now, if they come back, What're some possible problems I'm looking at?

I might add the truck is bone stock. Only had it about 3 weeks and it's my first diesel.
