P0269 code, Injector or low compression? HELP

I decided to check the ol' SCT today and here we have P0269 contribution/ balance pop up. Engine and injectors have 27,000 miles on them. Now my RCD 175/75s (poor injector choice) have been starved at 0psi fuel press a couple times a while back before because of electrical issues with the Fass. I did an injector buzz test and all 8 checked out fine, but I suppose they could still be bad? I wouldnt think I'd have low compression with only 27 thousand miles but i guess anything is possible?

Heres some details:

Exhaust haze at idle, but clears up once engine is warmed up, maybe this is normal for large injectors?
No bucking or choppy power delivery
Choppy/misfire idle SOMETIMES while AT OPERATING TEMP
FICM did read as low as 46v on sct gauge
icp never went below 790
Injectors have been starved a few times at 0psi fuel cause of fass shutting off

What should i do next? I do plan on having warren repair/ turn my sticks into 205/30s, but should i do more testing instead before i pull the trigger? Just not sure what my next step is in fixing this issue?

Before anything fix your fuel issue low fuel pressure anything under 45 I think can destroy injectors in as little as 200 miles, don't know much about river city but have heard nothing but good about warren which is the only injector I would use besides ford. Also ficm seems a little low I think 48 is the minimum you want

My fuel pressure issue has been completely solved for months, the truck has constant fuel flow at 65psi. I'd say my injectors have been ran for a total of 5-10 minutes at 0psi fuel pressure, not sure if that pretty much signifies that they're bad? Not sure how long I've had this P0269 code. Any other info?

Replace the ficm check ficm voltage on wot
As for the injectors if finances is an issue as it always is send them to rosewood diesel they can check em and reseal internal and external any damaged ones for $500 last I checked or complete rebuild for $800 I think

The ficm voltage was also read from the gauge on the sct livewire, not real sure if thats accurate. It sat at 47.5 or higher 90% of the time. Not sure if thats my issue but I could send it to Ed @ FICM repair. I would really be surprised if that's my issue though.
