A buddy of mine has an 03 6.0. He had trouble with the batteries draining yesterday and charged them overnight. Had them load tested and they were good. Today he checks the voltage and it reads 13.76 waits a while and they read 12.73. He then unhooked both batteries and he reads one at 13 ten mins later. And they are going up as time goes by. He had it scanned and got a p0480, fan 1 control circuit short to voltage/short to ground/open circuit. Could it be the temp sending unit? And could this be draining his batteries?
