Paint matched headlights

Thanks Jeff. They wern't too hard. I just had sore fingers for about two days from trying to pry apart 200 degree plastic! Once you get the lenses off its a piece of cake. Just make sure you don't need them for a few days because it takes some time to get them apart and paint and then the rtv has to dry for a day.

Finally got around to tinting the tails and third brake light too

How do you get nightshade off your lights? My third brake light is tinted all the way and I want to take the nightshade off the white lights on the sides and keep it on the brake light. Thanks

I would think alcohol or paint thinner should take it off whithout hurting the lens.

Hey just a quick question is painting the middle orange reflector gonna give me grief with the cops?

Doubt it. The top bulbs are still orange so I dont see a problem. To tell you the truth they probably wouldnt notice unless you pointed it out to them.

Yea. The black piece comes out separate of the white and chrome. Once you get them apart it's all easy after that. The pieces all come off the chrome light buckets.
