It's seam welded tubing and that's where the weld was. I think tbat was off a 5" exhaust system lol I was just using it for sight mock up.

Thanks guys. There is some stuff on the ranger that is pretty questionable lol like I had no time and this is what I had so it gets used. But not on this car. If Im short something and have to wait a week to get more in then I'll wait a week. Trying to do every single thing on this car top notch. Because in some cases my life depends on it.

Haven't had time to work on it. Gotta work on the jobs that pay sometimes. Plus next couple weeks will be devoted to getting the ranger race ready for next season and 9.99 legal.

Good news! The ranger made back to back to back 9 sec passes and didn't miss a beat! So it stays in the trailer and the mustang goes back to getting worked on on my off time after customers trucks.

Collectors showed up so that means headers are next!!
