Problem with SCT livewire TS software

I recently got some custom tunes for my SCT livewire TS. Today, I hooked the device to my computer to load them onto it. I downloaded the SCT updater software, and my device is not detected. After a few hours of searching and chasing this issue around, it appears that I do not have driver software for my device. I tried manually installing it, and it couldn't find it on my computer, or the web. Does anybody know how to fix this? Thanks. :wtf:

Not sure if this helps but. I just received mine last week i couldnt get mine to update either until i had it installed in the truck. Once it married itself to the truck i went back in and no problems installing the drivers

Had the same problems. Followed the steps on the website below and worked like a charm
