Alright,
I've got an 04 and my current setup is 18x8.75 +12 with 37/13.50r16r18's.
I have a 6.5" procomp lift and a ranch hand on the front so there's no clearance issues as far as that's concerned.
However, at full lock i hit my leaf springs pretty bad.
I'm wanting to upgrade to a set of 18x12 -44's but for the life of me can't figure out if they're going to have the same issue. The offset adds a lot more clearance, but am I still going to rub due to the 12" width?
Any input is appreciated.
Just trying not to spend a bunch of money only to find out it won't work. I'd rather not have to use wheel spacers.
Thanks

I think you're hitting the leafs because of the positive offset.

My 20x12 -51 clear all around just fine

Good deal.
That's what I was hoping to hear from someone who had a similar depth setup. Despite the increase in offset, the 12"s would add about 1.75" to the inner half of the wheel width and wasn't sure if the offset would be enough to clear the big tires.

I have 305/55/20 and 20x12 -44 and they do not rub on leafs... truck has only xcode springs, which is a leveling kit basically.. make sure the back spacing is -44.

With the wheels on your truck you have 5.375" of backspacing. You have 5.375" on the inside of the wheel and 4.375" on the outside.
The ones you are wanting are 4.75" of BS. So 4.75" on the inside and 8.25" on the outside. So the inside of the wheel will be .625" wheel out further towards the outside of the truck.

That's only a 12" wide tire though. Mine are 13.5, and 37" tall so the tire size is pretty significantly different. I'm not sure if that'll have an effect on fitment. I do believe you're right though. Thanks for the input brother.

Much appreciated. No opinions, just fact. I hope that's JUST enough room to prevent rubbing. It's gonna be a close one.

I only have one question. How can my current setup have 5.375" backspacing and 4.375" frontspacing? That's 9.75" and the wheel is 8.75.

Look at the pictures. Back spacing is to the edge of the wheel not to what is measured for the width of the wheel.
