RCD Dual Fueler question for those that have one

I need to know where to connect or splice the two blue wires. All I have been told from RCD is to leave disconnected however Eric at innovative who will be tuning said it needs to be connected. Any help would be appreciated.

EGR harness if I remember correctly, not sure which wires exactly. PM craig at MPD
