Remote start and cruise control not working

My remote start works randomly. Horn beeps 4 / 5 times. Starts for 10 seconds will shut down and horn will sound. It's the factory system. Also my cruise doesn't work. The code "P0703 brake switch B circuit". I've changed that switch on the brake pedal twice. Works for a little bit when changed, then stops working. I live in Canada the cold is just starting to come. Advice will be much appreciated.

I would check for chaffing in the wires for the brake sensor. If its grounding out it will cause the truck to not have cruise and will also not allow the truck to start if your key is not in the ignition and it thinks your touching the brake
