Has anyone successfully removed the console lid from a 40/20/40 console? If so, how did you go about it? I got a pretty nice 40/20/40 from a super cab. The upholstery is pretty nice, with the exception of some cigarette burns. However this seat was missing the lid for the console. I wanted to remove a console lid from another 40/20/40 and put it on this one. I had already removed the trim with some success, only a few clips were broken.
I'm debating swapping some portions of the 40/20/40 (possibly including the console). Since the upholstery on this one is a little nicer in some spots than the 40/20/40 in my back seat.

So how does the lid hinge go together? Is it just a pin?
On the trim I broke about 4 clips. They are so small and stiff, its hard not to break them.
