Removing Tuner

Have a SCT 9625OR, I'm looking at getting rid of my truck for another stock 6.4. Is there any way I can un pair my tuner from my current truck without putting a *** back on?

No there isn't. And unlocking the tuner is pointless because it won't retain emissions removal ability.
