Reverse sensors

Didn't know where to post this, so here it goes.. The off light stays on all the time. I already changed the sensor that I thought was bad, but still nothing. Anybody got some insight on what else I can check? Wires don't look damaged.

On my brothers truck (a 7.3) the speaker for the backup alarm was burned out and his off light would stay on. We soldered in a small speaker that was laying around and it works fine now.

Where's the speaker located? Doubt it'll be in the same place

On his truck it was below the passenger a pillar/ above the kick panel
