After

Also brought the truck to well past what the speedo shows and zero puking.

Trucks seems to run better ever since it had a gallon of coolant go through the intake LOL.

Yup, ruptured Intercooler. Sometimes I wish we still had air to air Intercoolers.

Unless you over abuse your truck at high speeds. You'll be fine. Lol.

Third one. Only thing that will stop this, is to stop driving it hard.

My problem is, I drive to CA a bunch and return home at night. I don't know why, but the truck attracts idiots wanting to race. I don't even have stickers on the thing, only thing sporty is my dual exhaust.

People in CA are total idiots, they stay in he fast lane going a Bit slower then speed limit (75). I cruise at 85. You're stilling on their ass for 20seconds and they don't move. You go to pass on the slow lane, and the idiots floor it.

So it's hammer down for me, drops to 4th or 5th, and I'm gone. CAC starts to climb and it heat soaks.

All this happens countless times going and come back home.

So i don't know how many people run their trucks in the upper RPMS that hard. If people ran it hard like me, we'd be seeing thread after thread.

I will say, my last CAC was puking at the track (about 8oz per pass) and this was back on October at the finals. So it's been leaking for awhile just not bad. I'm almost thinking these CAC from ford aren't all sealed the same, causing some expansion when they get hot. It's almost like a 50/50 rate if you get a good or bad one. I'll keep up with this thread on how the truck does. The biggest test will be at the track.
