Sensors in or out

Ok, i have the gearhead 4 tunes and street + tow from IDP on my SCT Livewire, truck will be deleted. Do i remove sensors and leave plugged up, or what. The FloPro exhaust has two bungs in the midpipe, and the cold side intercooler tube (also FloPro) has bungs also.
Do i load tune first before changing the truck......advice appreciated

Does the livewire ts provide dpf delete tune ? Still if I buy it brand new ?
