Simple HVAC damper motor question

Howdy,

Currently throwing B1081 - Left Temperature Damper Motor - indicates mechanical failure.

This seems dumb to ask, but when it reports left, is it driver or passenger side? I can't seem to find out what 'perspective' the code is reporting.
