SOUND FROM FRONT END

i have a 8 inch lift on my 2008 f350 when i turn right and hit a bump i here a wierd steel on steel sound look under the truck the pitman arm is rubbing on the bracket that holds the axle sway bar i think what would cause this ??

What brand lift? My 2008 with a 4.5 rough country has a hell of a clunk too. Sounds like the axle comes up and hits the frame.

Check the bushings in the sway bars. Both sides. They could have popped out and will make that popping sound of steel on steel.

Also, how new is the lift? Possibly something has worked loose and its making that sound.
