Steering Stabilizer Bracket

I have a 2001 F 350 4x4, and am going to put a steering stabilizer on it, was looking at bracket and the tie rod and the tie rod has 4 grooves in it, and the bracket uses 2 U bolts and I guess they go in the grooves but which 2, they line up with 1+3 or 2+4 I'm counting from the right front tire side or is there a measurement from the tie rod end to center hole in bracket for stabilizer shock, any help would be great thanks

If you are saying what I think you are saying, I don't think it matters as long as its not going to move once you get it on there.

Ya, just get the wheels straight and the stabilizer in the middle and clamp in on wherever it ends up.
