Trying disconnect the stock down pipe from the turbo and after I loosen the clamp the down pipe still won't budge. I took the nut off the clamp but the clamp is still not loose. I am missing something?

Only way is to take the cab off to keep it intact, or cut the down pipe in half as high up as you can, it is a double walled pipe

Small flat screw driver. There are three sides to it make sure they all pop up

Yeah that must be my problem the clamp is still on. I figured the clamp would loosen right up after I took the nut off

BING! This... v-band clamps typically have three sections that actually bite the pipe. You need to get a flat head screwdriver under each section and twist in order to pop it off. Once they're cranked down and go through a bunch of heat cycles, they tend to not want to let go! LOL
