'02 F350 flat bed dump, bought October last year, 186K miles.
Installed bellowed up pipes and a new HPOP soon after I got it. Also had the turbo off to gut the EBPV and replace turbo o-rings
Yesterday while driving up a fairly steep hill I noticed that when I pushed down hard on the skinny pedal and loaded the engine pretty heavy then let off quickly, I heard a squealing noise for just a brief second.
Repeated a couple of times......... got the same noise.
Oil is good, oil level is good.
Parked in my driveway and revved to 3000 RPM in neutral and let off.....no noise. Haven't repeated the load test yet but was wondering....
Could the turbo be about to let go?
