Tire wear?

So on my passenger side front tire its wearing every other knob outside edge. Has leveling kit, adjustable track bar and has been aligned couple times. Will castor affect tire wear? Ball joints seem to be fine.

Most likely Montana is your problem. Honestly it's rare to see a set of tires wear nicely in my parts. Now I'm kinda/kinda not joking mind you. They should have check castor etc while aligning? I hate fighting tire wear with our roads lol.

Caster is a stability angle. Camber and toe are tire wearing angles. Did you get a print out of your alignment specs?

Shocks are pretty much brand new 5160s. I got a printout don't know what I did with it though.

I imagine the roads there are heavily crowned as they are here.

Every 5 to 7k miles think that may have been some of my problem. Their getting down in tread and I may have let them go a bit long.
