Tranny finally **** to bed yesterday and i'm having it rebuilt. Need it to hold 7-800HP. No i'm not there yet and maybe never but I don't wanna be doing this again in a few years. Anyone have a do and don't do parts list? What should I expect the cost to be? Thanks for any help in advance.

To hold 7-800hp the price is gonna be up there since your looking at alot of billet parts, a new converter, whatever needs to be replaced in your current trans, fluid, filter, new cooler, and labor. I wouldn't be surprised if you were over 6k by the time was all said and done.

If you are wanting a complete replacement. John Wood builds a 5r110 that's what I would do.

Mite be cheaper just to buy a unit already built. Elite and Warren have pretty good reputation for transmissions on here
