Transmission Shudder?

My 09 6.4 has shudder issue when cruising around 65mph. It only does is when I ease into the throttle. When I put it in no power mode it will I have no shudder. It has a new transmission in it so Im wondering if its axle wrap or a carrier bearing? What should I check this shudder is a annoying problem need help fixing it.

What tuning you using? Alot of guys point at that being rail pressure, since you have no shudder with the no power mode on. I am assuming H&S device but do you have H&S tuning or someone else's?

I have the H&S tuning. Just changed the fuel filter on it Friday engine idles and runs great

pinion bearing slop...? wheel out of balance...?

The wheel could be out of balance. The pinion look alright. Maybe it had a dry u- joint

does it make any poping noises or shudder when turning?

No noise when turning. I did just take it down the road with the rear driveshaft out running it in 4x4 and there is no change in shudder its still there.

Well it does have a noise when torque converter locks, maybe the torque converter is broke again. It pull great until converter locks, then it starts the shudder

What convertor and trans are you running? Ford remans have had quality issues in the last year or so.

I have a twisted diesel in it. Came out of my 6.0 truck. It has a growl and shake the truck when it starts to shudder.

The internals on a 6.0 5R110 are not all the same as a 6.4's. Never tried to interchange units before, not sure if that would be a issue or not.

That could be an issue. It only has 2000 miles on trans and 1000 on converter. It does sound like a torque converter
