Turbo wheels vs. new turbo?

I feel like this is a common sense question, but should I rebuild the turbo and put in a new wheel? Or just replace the whole turbo with a stage 2 or better? Mainly looking for quicker spool, and more boost. Something I can use on stock injectors as well. Mine is about on its last leg. Any opinions are appreciated. I don't know all of the technical terms, so thorough explanation is greatly appreciated.

My suggestion would be rebuilt it and save your pennies till you go injectors...then got bigger turbo. More fuel = More air. Just my $.02.
