Updated spartan and ac blower quit working

Ok so I updated to the new spartan software this week and today wash first time to drive my truck since. Anyway after driving to town I get back in my truck and the air isn't blowing. The display is on and I can adjust everything but I can't get it to blow any air out. It's probably just a coincidence with the spartan update but does anyone know where to start with this?

Bump. So I went out to my truck later to try to look under the dash to see how hard the blower is to get to and when I turned the key on it started working again. I'm thinking the blower motor is on its way out.

Could be bad resistors or a relay sticking
