Valley freeze plug.

So i ran a wood screw into the plug and knocked it loose with a screwdriver....but I can't get the damn thing back out if the hole....what did I do wrong or what am I doing wrong?

Is inside the block now?

If so, you will need to turn it sideways to pull it out.
