Do they get stickier as they break in? I broke the tires loose a couple times this afternoon with very little effort.

I wish I had went a little wider though, but they'll work just fine. They ride really well, and are super quiet. I was expecting a little road noise, but heard nothing with the windows down. I need to check air pressure though...have no idea what they put in them.

I have those same tires on my aviator and they've been great. Haven't broke them loose before though lol however that aviator can get up and go pretty good plus it's awd.

Couldn't say. When I got them, they already had a couple thousand miles on them.
Sometimes spin in turns.

I have these on my SRW work Truck and they work really well in snow, wet and dry, haven't had them in the mud yet but they look like they should do well with the center section of tread. I do believe these will be my next Tire for my DRW. I'm pretty happy with how they areally wearing on my SRW. It's a little heavy, for an ecsb gas truck, weighs 9,700 when I was on the scale last.
Kumho road venture at51. Gotta love that name though. Haha

My old man put Kumho Road Ventures on his DRW a couple years back and got maybe 25,000 miles out of them. They wore horrible and uneven, rode terrible, we're a pain to balance, and he actually kept them rotated which was odd for him. Wasn't that particular model you posted, just the highway tread.

I only tried them on my SRW work Truck because I like the tread design, with all the sipes and the two almost solid ribs on the outer edges and the decent lug setup in the middle. Then on top of that they were atleast $50 less per Tire than almost anything else so I figured what do I have to lose. But I am super impressed and happy with them. I have about 20,000 on them and they look a little better than half yet. I can measure later. As well as they have been working makes me want to put them on my dually next. My DRW likes to cup the insides of the front tires, so rotation is key for me. Another guy at work just put these on his DRW and he's not very good at rotating so I'll pay close attention to how they wear on his.

My brother used to put the older style road ventures on his jeep. They never lasted long but they were cheap. Like him. Haha. Kl78

Mainah!
Went to finally install my power stop brake kit and found my driver side wheel hub assembly needs to be replaced. So that will suck. Took a chance and ordered a Motorcraft one on Amazon...hopefully it's the right one.

This arrived today. Currently have my second electric clutch failure...figured it was time to make the switch.

Doubt it matters that much, I've always heard to never store them with the spring down.
What's the difference? I'm guessing it's not a stocker, since looks like a adapter with it.

New front rotors and pads. Had a heck of a brake shimmy from a messed up rotor.

Coolant flush

Flushed the coolant. Pulled the intercooler and clean it inside and out. Cleaned the fins on the oil cooler, trans cooler, condenser and radiator. New coolant and thermostat. She should run a little cooler.

Headstuds and almost beehives and push rods. Need a few more parts. Injectors will be put in once the springs and push rods are done.
