What is This Noise? (with video)

I can't figure out what this noise is coming from, it happens between 1800-2000 rpm. Sometimes it will do it for a couple days straight, sometimes it won't do it at all for a week.

My mods are as follows:
studs
egr delete
intake
wastegate
large batmo wheel
ported rails
stage 1 valve springs
ic pipe
intake horn
5" exhaust

tea kettle sound could be the up pipes blown out at the bellows or the De gas bottle cap leaking by or maybe a small leak via the intercooler piping.

i definetly sounds like a turbo boost leak.

Up-Pipes are cracked at the bellows. Like other have said.

Up pipes...my 6.0 did that sounded like microphone feed back lol
