wheel question

Im looking into getting some 20x12 motometal 962s with either 33's or 34's. the wheels have a -44 offset. What would i have to do suspension wise to run that? leveling kit or would i have to actually put a lift kit on it? thanks for any help!

I know alot of SD guys have run 20x12s with leveling kits...not sure on tire size though.
