I actually don't know.
It's got 275/65R20 on it now, and they sit out the same as stock.

Should fit just fine. I've got 10 wides on -25, 4.5" back spacing, now running 285/75s and they rub just a touch on the fender liner at full lock. I could fix it by zip tying the fender liner but haven't yet. 285s come out to 32.8 iirc. You'll probably just have to pull the liner back.

Yeah, they'll fit. My friend has an 03 with the same size tires as you mentioned and -44mm offset wheels with no suspension mods and they clear fine with just a slight rub.
Also my brother has the same exact tire with -24mm offset on an 03 with no clearance problems
