I run 35X12.50R20's with a leveling kit. I did have to cut about 5 inches of fender liner but was not bad at al . Took a sharp knife and about 5 mins. Looks factory as well. Tires don't rub at all even when flexing off road.

That doesn't sound bad. Next question is would I need to get new TPMS sensors or can those be swapped over?

They can be swapped over. But depending on how old they are, they might be towards the end of their life.

Both pictures are stock height first one is my old 20x10 -24 offset Cali off road rims with 35x12.50 had rubbing during tight turns but not on anything major in assuming the fender flares
Second picture are my new wheels I just put on and theyre 20x12 -44 offset moto metals on a I think 275/60 basically a street 33" that's 10 wide and even they rub but at a very very tight turn and also I think it's the way my fender flares hang , hope I could be of some assistance, I was hoping to see a 35 1250 on a -44 offset at stock height to see what it looked like myself because I'm getting tires today
