Where to find cab mount bushings?

I had to lift the cab to replace a blow head gasket and my bushings were trashed ford wants $800 and the local parts store can't seem to find any except pisition 1 and position 2 neither of us know if that is the right stuff. Can anyone point me in the direction of them or is the dealer going to be the only place?

I find mine at Ford.

They're about $70-80 a piece wholesale (there's an upper and lower bushing at each mount)
