OK guys looks like I might have some funds to pull the trigger on a t4 turbo.
My build
E99 engine with 75k miles
Comp 910
Arp studs ( factory original head gaskets)
Casserly 250/100s
Dual sd pumps fed thru di fittings in the back of the head
-10an line tank to block
-6an return
5/8 pickup tube (dont even bring up a sump it wont work)
99.5 plenums with inserts
1 off t4 turbo mount and pipes

Here's the deal my truck is anything but a dyno queen or a race truck ... of anything its gonna be a driver show truck

I was leaning twords a s367.7 fmw but the s366 is much cheaper. What an I gaining with the 367.7 and what housings would you run?
Also I forgot to mention the truck has a manual trans and 410 srw rear

The 366 is cheaper to replace and will flow good. I have not ran a 67.7 Wheel on a 7.3L yet so can't really give you much feedback. I know that wheel moves a lot of air but could have some surge issues depending on the housing you run. Either way you go i would recommend a gate or at least a 360 thrust to help spread out the drive pressure loads.

I ran a garrett 38r with 250/100 and it did a good job cleaning up the smoke. I made a little over 500 hp with setup and it spooled like lightning

Mattman- Sig says you run a 468. That is a 67.7 wheel. You will not have surging issues with that turbo and you won't need a gate with 100% nozzles either. 366 is a good turbo I think toil be happy with that one and the price also

Probably 1.00 or .9 if it's a stick truck and you want quick spool. I have 200%s and a 468 with 1.10 housing. Truck is on 40s and it's ready to go at 2000 for comparison

I understand that but the s300 runs a smaller turbine wheel which throws other factors in there. A gate is recommended for 100% nozzles on a 238cc injector, they will work without it but only for so long if you are running it hard.

My t4 kit isn't set up for a gate and I'm kinda limited in room with my setup so 1.10 it is

There is no part number. A good turbo shop has to custom build it out of bw and aftermarket parts. There is no such "box" turbo.
