white smoke on startup.

I searched and see all the normal smoke threads but i was wondering if others have white smoke on start up with 238/100 injectors and all the other goodies in my sig....
Everything on the truck checks out great.
Compression
Fuel psi
Hpo psi
No blowby
Uvch checks out
Glowplugs checkout
Ccv to atmosphere.
Does it with diffrent tunes and tunners..
Only does it on start up when cold about 40 or below.
Im still trying to find the cause of hiccuping in hotter tunes maybe there connected im not sure.
Am i missing something or is this normal with bigger injectors. Thanks.

diesels 'smoke' in the cold before they are warm. not really an issue. 40 is just over the temp water freezes at. at -20 or so it will "smoke" all the time, its water vapour which is a byproduct of combustion

I never noticed it before the injectors is why i asked so it normal so tp speak?

How much are you talkin. Mine will slightly haze white that cold. Like as in you have to get up close to see it hazing.

I can see it for ab obout 15 seconds then its gone its no cloud. But id say its a littel puff then haze for 15-20 seconds then gone.

That's perty normal . I'd say because it clears up that quick your fine. Mine does it too .
