whos got DPF delete tuners that will ship to cali?

like the title says i got a buddy that im trying to help out whos having trouble finding one, doesnt matter what tuner just as long as its delete capable, i hope this isnt something i shouldnt have posted because of all the epa trolls, delete this post if thats best.
