Why does no one respond to these posts?

There are lots of posts here with no response from Sunrise... I received no PM or anything... assuming they don't check this forum?

looks like they respond multiple times a day to the sticky above your post, but i see what your saying. I bet they have a notification set up for maybe just that sticky, and aren't seeing the others. Hope you get help soon, or try reposting in the sticky.
