What do you need? I can get you specific ones, as I’ve got access to fords website, but I’m not gonna take 300 pictures and upload them.

Yeah, I just replied to it. I’ll see what I can find when I get to the shop for you.

Here ya go bud. Sorry bout that. I hear ya on not having ac, it’s 100 and **** me out right now, just damn miserable. I don’t remember if you said it’s auto or manual, but the blower motor diagram is the same.

Ok so digging into this this morning I have power wher I need to so I went into forscan and looked at some of the PID’s for the front climat control panel. Blower speed climate control input start/stop and module voltage found when I run the blower level knob up and down it reacts accordingly I can watch the percentage go from 0-100 on low to high and will stop wherever I set it. Module voltage was 14.6 with truck running. The one I’m confused on is the start/stop input it said off and never changed. Could I have a bad set of control switches ? What’s confusing is I switched that panel with a set I had that I know was good and it still didn’t work

Can you check for codes in the fcim with for scan? I know there are some vehicles that stupid shit like light bulbs that have been replaced need the code cleared for the new one to work. If there’s a code in the fcim it may need to be cleared, or it may also lead a different direction. It’s been awhile since I took one apart, but I don’t remember the button panel having the module integrated into it. Another thing to check is the ground circuit, or are you checking for power across the power and ground wires?

I have checked the codes on forscan and there isn’t anything stored in the fcim. I checked across the power wires at the blower plug then to ground and have power both ways.

I don’t know where the fcim is. It wasn’t in the board that the buttons are on I know that what I changed was just a circuit board.

I was able to get it to work today on a medium speed. Doesn’t matter if you set it to high or low it’s a constant speed. Also it’s only on when you’re driving. When you slow to stop at a stop sign or light it’s off. Also when it’s turned to max AC it shuts completely off

That is very odd. It’s about gotta be something with the fcim. I’m not 100% sure where that is, it may be behind the screen. I tried to stay away from doing interior shit as much as I could. I’m real good at breaking fragile plastic pieces. Lol
