Xrt Pro

I'm not too familiar with the XRT Pro and was wondering if someone could tell me if this is true.

There is a guy selling one on craigslist local to me, he wants 400 bucks for it and said it came off a 2011 chevy and it is still installed on the truck but i could get a unlock code for it and thats only like $100.

Long story short can I buy a H&S programmer that is vin locked and unlock it with a code?

If it is a race tuner then I believe h&s can only unlock it to be a street tuner

That blows lol, I have a Mini Maxx from my 08 still and was gonna snatch this XRT up quick if it could be unloacked for a race tuner.

I'm just going by what I have read on here and other forums. I would wait until someone with some more info chimes in before you make a decision.

Just spoke with the guy he had pictures posted of a race tuner but turns out its a street tuner. Not what i wanted! lol thanks though.
