I had the same thing happen with mine. Talking with Matt, he said that it could be the injectors calling for different injection events. 2 larger shots vs three smaller ones. I can peg 29K below a certain rpm. Once above it I will only get 24-25K.

I went back and watched some of his videos. I will give the links below. Can't remember what tunes he was running, but he could definitely do boosted launches above 1000 RPM. I can't quite make out what the numbers are on his videos, but it is obviously much different than yours. I think you said you thought it was electrical....I agree especially since you cant launch beyond 1000 RPM.

i didnt read through the entire thing but i think at this point you need to weld a bung in the hot side pipe out of the high pressure turbo to the inlet of the intercooler. Read boost at this point and see if its higher than whats going into the engine. The PSI drop across the intercooler should only be about 2 psi at the most. If its higher than that you have a plugged intercooler, if its not that then you can move on to something else and elminate that as an issue

Could the same be done with air compressor and proper fittings

Well i guess that'll have to be done at the shop as I do not have access to any welders currently while on my rotation at work. Nor do I have boost gauge to install. I'm sure the shop can handle that. All I can do myself is remove intercooler, cap it off, dump lots of purple power in it and clean it out the best I can with forced air afterwards

I keep imagining a shop rag through out your thread here and a quick bypass of Intercooler to test theory. EVERY time I'm on craigslist I see that oem Intercooler for 300 bucks and I think of your truck.

it could be alot of things or it could be nothing. the bung would be something fairly simple and easy.

If it does have oil in it i would imagine by now its all coked up and probably wont wash out

Yeah. Or hate to be do close to Mexico with my truck parked at the local gentlemans club and it come up missing when I came out.
