Hmm. I ran a summit carb out of the box on a cammed 302 and I was impressed, it ran well with just tweaks with a vacuum gage. You could make sure the power valve doesn't have a defect and is seated properly.

Used carb? Have you checked the power valve? Hopefully these questions haven't been asked previously...

Is that an ABS light on? Looks to me like all the shifts happen with converter lock around 60 and OD right after that. Where would you like your shifts to occur?

TTT. Its in storage now and the MT's/BFG's are no longer on it, it has 18's and DynaPro MT's. I failed to mention I put new batteries in this spring.
