The old one just had a straight water neck for the lower hose and the new one has a bend and is about 3...

Well the covers on and the truck seems to run just fine now, but the lower radiator hose won't work, and the hose from a van is way to short to work. Anyone have any ideas?

I have never worked on a 6.0 in an e series. But I think I've seen somewhere before that they have different front covers, I am putting one on a truck at the moment and found one on Craigslist and didn't think to ask what it came off of because it looks almost identical. But I'm noticing now...

Engine control fuse was blown

Yeah I did and still nothing. Checking fuses and relays now

Replaced Ipr valve and passenger side standpipe on an 03. Also the Ipr pigtail, and now the scan tool won't connect. Cigarette lighter still works, I've heard that the cigarette lighters connected to the obd2 , PCM relay switches when powered by 9v battery. Now I'm stuck

It's mostly just a daily driver, I do tow some with it. Not very often though. Of course I want as much power as possible but have a limited budget, so something that would but good on the street and still able to tow but can also hurt some feelings from a red light or on the track! And thanks...
