My truck developed a stutter/hesitation during acceleration and what sounds like a back fire with some black smoke. Egr is deleted, turbo sticking? Ebp sensor? Injector? Any other ideas thanks

I know everybody says to stay away from ebay wheel spacers but my question is if im only using a 1/2" spacer that still uses the factory studs would there be any worries towing heavy? Will it still be enough factory stud left to get the lug nut on tight enough? Im wanting to run 265s on my 04

Im thinking about going to a 265 tire on my dually, would a 1/4 spacer be sufficient? I have a flatbed cab and chassis I would prefer the tires to not stick out past the bed but the 235s are just too skinny.

Im getting ready to do an egr delete and oil cooler and thinking getting the coolant system flushed first. I already have a coolant filter but how long should i drive it after the flush before i put the new cooler in so i dont clog it up premature?

My truck as of now is stock in the near future im planning an egr delete and oil cooler rebuild i want to also add a coolant filter. while im into id like to flush and change my coolant should i go ahead and add the filter now and wait and flush the coolant when im ready to rebuild the cooler...

Can somebody recommend a daily driver/ towing tune for an unstudded truck? IDP ficm tune? Just lookin for a little more without the constant worry of HG problems.
